Bishop DonDotta is a singer/songwriter from Kansas City, MO who has been writing records for the stars for years. Bishop was signed to R. Kelly straight out of high school with his group “Talent.” Talent started moving quickly through the ranks earning their credentials by landing a spot on a track all too familiar to us, “Changes” by Tupac. Talent sang the hook for Pac and wrote their spot in to hip hop history. Shortly after Talent went on hiatus, Bishop took to ghostwriting for other artists, writing hits such as:
Joe – Stutter
Profyle – Liar
Ginuwine – When We Make Love
Tupac – Changes (hook)
J-Holiday – Thank You
Ginuwine – Body
Joe – And Then
Joe – Sweeter Than Sugar
Joe- Street Dreams
Joe – Jeep
Joe – Dropped Your Dime
He has also just recently earned the Executive Producer credit for Dave Hollister’s upcoming album. Alongside writing industry hits, Bishop also writes his own music as an independent artist starting with the release of his debut album “Sex Music” in 2008 (which can be found below for purchase).
